The 3 Myths Keeping You Stuck With Joint Pain and Stiffness...
Myth #1 - Osteoarthritis is due to old age and you have to live with it
Myth #2 – Anti-inflammatory pills are the solution to your problem
Myth #3 – Standard rehab exercises correct joint function

This single misconception condemns millions with osteoarthritis to lifelong pain, suffering and disability – because it implies nothing can be done for their arthritis and that further degeneration, pain and disability is inevitable.
And this simply isn’t true...
Osteoarthritis is not caused by age, but by the accumulated effect of dysfunction affecting several physiological systems - I spell out the exact mechanism in my free arthritis seminar which you can access here.
But point is this - physiological dysfunctions, not age, are the real cause of osteoarthritis.
Once you realise this, you’ll understand that once the dysfunctions are properly resolved, your joint pain and stiffness can be relieved.
So thinking there’s no hope, or stoically ‘accepting your fate’ is not the answer.
There is a better way.

Myth #2 - Anti-inflammatory pills are the solution to your problems
Anti-inflammatories are so widely prescribed for osteoarthritis that they are now often seen as the treatment of choice.
Unaware that effective alternatives exist, many people take these drugs day after day, and year after year to try and manage their arthritic pain and stiffness.

But here's the thing...
Current research now indicates that anti-inflammatory drugs may increase cartilage degeneration - so ironically, they could be aggravting the condition they're intended to treat!
→
In addition to this, prolonged use of anti-inflammatories has been associated with several undesirable side effects such as stomach ulcers, kidney failure, heart attack and stroke.

Once you understand this, you can quickly see why an increasing number of people are opting for natural interventions that resolve their inflammation effectively... without dangerous side effects!
Managing your osteoarthritic pain and stiffness with long term anti-inflammatory use is not ideal.

Myth #3 - Standard rehab corrects joint function
Standard stretching or strengthening exercises are not enough if you want to correct the biomechanical function of an osteoarthiritc joint.
I say that because proper joint alignment and movement depend on specialised nerves (called proprioceptors) that regulate position, posture, and movement.
When these proprioceptors are dysfunctional, misalignments and abnormal movement patterns develop, and these increase stresses and strains on the joints, leading to degeneration.
If the proprioceptive dysfunction isn’t corrected, the increased strain worsens cartilage damage, causing greater degeneration, joint pain and stiffness.
To prevent this from happening, you need specialised protocols that restore optimal nerve and proprioceptive function.
Standard stretching and strengthening exercises aren’t enough.
